In Basal Home Healthcare, we usually work on behalf of health centers or medical practices when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams are based in five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal Home Healthcare is part of Aleris Närsjukvård, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care departments, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

As a care assistant with us, you work under the delegation of a nurse. Your tasks may include:

• Medication administration

• Insulin

• Tube feeding management

• Stoma care

• Inhalation care

• Basic wound care

Documentation is done in the TakeCare journal system, and shifts are planned in Epsilon. You will always have the support of an administrative team that helps structure and plan the work, creating good conditions for both quality and work environment.

We are looking for you who are a trained care assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have experience with delegated tasks, good computer skills, and command of Swedish in both speech and writing. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in home healthcare and have worked with TakeCare and Epsilon. As a person, you are independent, structured, and confident in handling changing situations, even in a fast-paced environment. You always have the patient in focus and contribute to good teamwork.
