We are now looking for a site manager for Traffic Arrangements (TA) based at our regional office in Grimboåsen, Gothenburg. Our business is an important piece of the puzzle in the effort towards safe workplaces and a secure traffic environment. As a Site Manager for TA, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and follow-up of our customers' assignments within traffic arrangements.

The role involves contact with both internal and external parties as you are responsible for the business from start to finish. The work is primarily office-based, and you have an important leadership role for our skilled workers and subcontractors. You ensure deliveries from initiating and starting projects to invoicing and following up on the work. In between, tasks such as cost estimation and other administrative duties are also included.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has previously worked with traffic arrangements on roads or has experience from the contracting industry with motivation and interest in deepening your knowledge in TA. We see that you have had a leadership role in the past, where you have independently solved problems, taken initiatives, and made decisions - and this is something you enjoy. You value clear communication and good relationships with both colleagues and customers. As a person, you are confident, trustworthy, and appreciate a varied job with a lot of responsibility and a high level of service. Your work is characterized by business acumen, and you always strive to achieve set goals and profitability in your projects. A B driver's license and fluency in both spoken and written Swedish are required for the position. As the role involves working with digital tools and systems, it is essential that you feel comfortable with this.

The position is full-time, and working hours are scheduled weekdays from 7 AM to 4 PM, but other working hours may occur. On-call duty is included in the position. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting.
