Who are you?

As a construction engineer, you will work closely with the site manager and support them on-site. We expect that you have a background in one of the following areas: residential, civil, and commercial constructions in the form of renovation (ROT) and/or new production. As a person, you are flexible in your working methods if needed, but you are also experienced in working within projects. It is fundamental that you are self-driven but can also collaborate with others. You are meticulous and strong in the administrative aspects, and you always deliver on time. You are also communicative, structured, solution-oriented, and engaged in the project.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience in the role of construction engineer and/or project engineer within construction
• Relevant education or equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of the construction industry - general regulations AB04/ABT06, ABK
• You communicate clearly and well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Driver's license B
