Your role as a site managerWe are now seeking a site manager for our construction projects at our establishment in Uddevalla. We primarily conduct projects in Fyrbodal, with some flexibility. The size and type of projects vary, which means that your workday will differ.
You will primarily work with operational management of earthworks and construction projects, plan implementation, and follow up on the work with the help of available resources. We work with various clients and place great importance on creating and maintaining good customer relationships. The customer is always in focus, and therefore you will be entrusted with managing our customer contacts, as well as production control, financial follow-up, and invoicing. The role involves significant responsibility and freedom to independently plan and manage your projects.
The position is full-time, located at Svevia's establishment in Uddevalla. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting.
Who are you?To succeed in this role, we see it as a requirement that you have:
B driver's license
Experience in managing various construction projects and possess a broad construction competence, or hold a managerial position in your current role
Worked with varying projects in construction and have practical knowledge from previous experience
Good computer skills and a strong interest in digital working methods and processes
Good knowledge of Swedish spoken and written
