Job Description and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire process – from planning and execution to final reporting of projects. You will have direct customer contact and represent our company in all external contexts.

Our work is varied and includes everything from the installation of ventilation ducts, FTX systems, and fans to the installation of simpler solutions such as mechanical exhaust and fresh air valves. Other important tasks include drilling, servicing existing systems, and adjusting air flows. You will work both independently and in a team with one to two other installers and be based at our office in Skövde.

Since we work in large parts of Västra Götaland, the job may involve work in other locations.

We are looking for an engaged employee with:

• Strong personal commitment
• Previous experience in the craft industry
• Driving license B
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Education in ventilation or equivalent is an advantage
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Experience with customer contacts

About Hemkomfort Svenska Hem och Miljö AB

Hemkomfort is a family-owned company that has been improving indoor environments through ventilation and radon remediation in villas, townhouses, and apartment buildings since 1991. The work is mainly carried out in existing villas/properties in Västra Götaland, where we work with both private and corporate clients.
