About the position

We offer a position of at least 50%. Since Orsa is a fantastic destination all year round, we see that your working hours may increase significantly during our important peak seasons in both summer and winter. Working hours vary and include days, evenings, and weekends.

Your role with us

As an employee at Sibylla Orsa, you are the face of the restaurant. Your most important task is to greet every guest with a smile and provide world-class service, even when the restaurant is bustling with activity. Your responsibilities include:

• Food preparation and cooking of our classics.

• Cash handling and personal guest focus.

• Serving and proactively keeping the restaurant clean and inviting.

• Contributing to a great team spirit and spreading joy to both guests and colleagues.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a natural joy spreader with a positive attitude. You are meticulous, stress-resistant, and have the ability to maintain your calm and smile even during the most intense periods of the year.

• You speak and understand Swedish fluently as we have a lot of customer contact.

• Experience in a restaurant or cash handling is a plus, but your personality and service mindset are the most important to us.
