Packaging Project Leader Wanted

We are currently seeking a Packaging Project Leader for an exciting consulting assignment with an international company in the FMCG sector. The position is located in Stockholm and is suitable for those with experience in packaging development, prepress, and project management in a regulatory and fast-paced environment.

About the Assignment

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating packaging and deployment projects from requirements definition to a finished Good-to-Print solution. You will ensure that packaging specifications are technically feasible, comply with applicable regulations, and meet both global and local market requirements. The assignment involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders in an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Assess technical feasibility and requirements for new and updated packaging
• Ensure compliance with packaging specifications and manage deviations during implementation
• Prepare briefs and work orders related to prepress and packaging
• Ensure labeling, regulatory compliance, and standards
• Coordinate stakeholders and contribute to efficient processes and high-quality delivery

Your Profile

• Academic degree in fields such as marketing, business administration, engineering, or packaging design
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a project manager or account manager, preferably within FMCG or operations
• Experience in prepress, graphic production, or packaging development
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and labeling
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Practical Information

• Extent: Full-time, 39 hours/week
• Start: February 1, 2026, or by agreement
• Duration: Until January 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension
• Location: Stockholm
• Remote Work: Possibility of up to two days/week after the introductory period
