Who are you?
It is essential that you understand the importance of maintaining good order as we work according to 5S. This means that you are structured, responsible, and have the ability to adhere to routines and processes, as well as work cross-functionally with problem-solving. In the job, it is also important to be operational and driven, as well as having good collaboration skills and building relationships. For the role, it is also required that you are flexible, stress-resistant, calm, and stable, and can work creatively.

Knowledge:
• 3-year high school education in a relevant field for the position.
• Component and product knowledge.
• Necessary certifications for soft soldering and repair.
• Assembly/Inspection according to IPC standards.
• Knowledge of IFS, Office package, drawing and schematic reading, form and positional tolerances.
• For the position, relevant ability to read, write, and speak English and Swedish is required.

Previous experience:
• Experience in prototype and series production of advanced electronic constructions with high quality requirements.
• Assembly techniques.
• Form and positional tolerances.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Teamcenter (MBD).
• Drawing and schematic reading.
