About the Position

As a weighing/process operator with our client in the pharmaceutical industry, you will primarily work with crushing/weighing raw materials, documentation, controlling manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting when necessary. In this role, you ensure that raw material handling and production follow given guidelines from a safety perspective according to the client's work methods. You work to create the most efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable production process possible. The workplace is located in Brunna, Kungsängen.

The current working hours are set on a 2-shift schedule (note! may change in the future) where the working hours are;

  • AM 0700-1511
  • PM 1019-1830

In your role as a process operator, your main tasks will include:

  • Weighing & refilling raw materials, physically demanding monotonous tasks are included
  • Documentation of production and maintenance work
  • Cleaning/maintenance of equipment and workplace
  • Monitoring operations

The position of process operator is a consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period and the possibility of extension. The start date for the position is immediate.

About You

We are looking for someone with an interest in problem-solving, the ability to take initiative, logical thinking, and social skills. You should not be afraid to work physically and with monotonous tasks. Experience with documentation, troubleshooting, and handling machinery is a plus. The assignment includes daily operational monitoring and adjustments via computer systems, so it is important that you feel comfortable with computers and technology. Since assignments with our clients often involve reading manuals and instructions in both Swedish and English, good reading comprehension is also required. Experience in pharmaceutical production is an advantage.

Important for the position is:

  • Good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English (requirement)
  • Experience in production work
  • Experience with GMP
  • Complete high school diploma (requirement)
