Your Responsibilities

Do you want to work in a workshop that delivers everything from water-cut details to finished machined components with lathes, milling machines, and welding? We are looking for an operator for a production unit with CNC-controlled water cutting as the focus and complete post-processing – from idea to finished product.

You will work in production with CNC water cutting and/or machining. You will handle orders according to drawings, set up machines, monitor operations, perform measurements, and ensure quality and delivery. Depending on your background, the work may also include CNC turning/milling, simple programming/adjustments, and collaboration with welding/assembly when details move further along the chain.

Operate CNC water cutting: material handling, nesting/fixtures, cutting parameters, and inspection
Operate CNC lathe/milling: setup, trial runs, corrections, and ongoing measurement control
Read drawings and follow tolerances/requirements
Self-inspection, documentation, and organization in the cell
Collaboration with colleagues in welding, assembly, and logistics

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience working as a CNC miller and is familiar with various types of milling machines and tools. You should have a good understanding of different materials and their properties to perform tasks effectively. We prefer that you have a technical education in mechanical engineering or a similar field. It is important that you are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can work independently. You should also be flexible and able to adapt to different tasks and work environments.

As a person, you are driven, responsible, and have a positive attitude. You enjoy working in a team and are eager to contribute your knowledge and experience to achieve common goals. You are detail-oriented and quality-conscious in your work and always strive to deliver the best possible results.
