About the Position

The position involves working with electrical assembly of wiring and components, primarily in control cabinets and similar systems. The work is carried out according to drawings and specifications, where accuracy and quality assurance are central parts of the process. The drawings vary between different products, which means you must enjoy having variation in the assembly tasks.

You will work at a station, but in a team, so collaboration and communication will be a significant part of your daily routine. It is a stable and secure environment where many employees have worked for a long time. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, but there is also flexible time available.

About You

If you have a technical interest, are meticulous and structured, and have a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, you will have good conditions to succeed in this role.

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in electrical assembly, control cabinet construction, or automation
The ability to work accurately, structured, and independently
A good understanding of reading drawings and electrical schematics is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as collaboration and communication are important parts of the work

About the Employment

If you are hired, you will be employed as a temporary consultant with Adecco Sweden and assigned to the client company. The employment is a 6-month fixed-term full-time position with a chance of permanent employment with the client company. The position is expected to start in February/March 2026.
