Workshop Mechanic

We are looking for a proactive all-round mechanic who wants to help take care of our client's machinery fleet. If you are flexible, enjoy working towards set goals, and like to be involved in developing your workplace, then you are the one we are looking for. Additionally, if you are positive, responsible, service-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with others, you will fit in well with our client. The workshop is located in Sköndal. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

Job Description

As a workshop mechanic, you will work with service, maintenance, and repairs of the client's machinery fleet. The vehicles you will work with include wheel loaders, excavators, and lawn mowers. In other words, there is a wide variety of work vehicles. You will also help keep the workshop organized. Other tasks may include troubleshooting and repairs in the field, servicing machines, ordering materials, and conducting functional checks. The work environment is characterized by collaboration and mutual support, where you are expected to assist your colleagues with various tasks.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have a strong interest and commitment to vehicles and machinery. You have previous experience working with construction machinery and preferably also experience operating them. You also have experience working with electrical systems and hydraulics on these vehicles. We are looking for someone who is driven, structured, and enjoys a varied work environment. Additionally, you are resourceful and enjoy problem-solving.
