About the Role
We are looking for someone who wants to work with supervision, review, troubleshooting, and repair of vehicles and components – a role where you have the opportunity to combine technical expertise with responsibility for quality and safety. Here, you will have the chance to develop and work both independently and alongside experienced colleagues. You play an important role in maintaining and improving our processes and ensuring that we always deliver the highest quality. The tasks are not safety-critical, and the role does not include operational decisions within the safety system.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for performing supervision and repairs according to applicable standards, while documenting your work to ensure quality and follow-up. You will also drive and develop your own area of responsibility and contribute to a safe working environment by following safety procedures and reporting deviations within work environment, traffic safety, and quality through the company's reporting system. In case of serious deviations, you will report directly to the management.

You will work with various systems and components with the support of drawings and technical diagrams, and in some cases perform measurements and tests to ensure that the work meets applicable standards. The workshop's equipment, such as machines and tools, is also part of your responsibility for supervision and maintenance.

Responsibilities and Authority
The role entails a responsibility to work according to documented procedures and safety standards. You are expected to understand how your efforts affect safety, work environment, and quality, and you should document and report any deviations. If you have questions or uncertainties regarding tasks, you are encouraged to seek support from production leaders or management. You also have the authority to make decisions regarding actions needed for maintenance and repair.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to have a high school education in technology, vehicles, or workshop, or equivalent experience. Internal training in safety management systems and other relevant skills development is offered.

Since you will be handling troubleshooting and repairs, it is important that you have a technical interest and good problem-solving skills, where you can analyze and take initiative when needed.
