About the job

As a cycling expert & responsible for technical support at TCM, you will assist and guide our customers with technical and cycling-related inquiries. You will work primarily with purchase advice for online customers, guiding cyclists in product selection, compatibility issues, claims, and more. The position focuses mainly on online operations, and customer contact occurs alternately via email, phone, and chat.

We highly value creating satisfied and happy customers at TCM, and therefore this position is a key role in the company. Primarily, we are looking for an employee who will be based either in our brand new premises in Söderhamn, Hälsingland, or in our large store in Tyresö, Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with purchase advice for bicycles and cycling accessories.
• Answering questions about compatibility and finding the right products for the customer's specific needs.
• Helping customers with claims on bicycles and accessories.
• Creating guides and manuals for bicycle maintenance, compatibilities, etc.

In addition, you will also have opportunities to assist in our warehouse, in our physical store, work with products on our website, create content, and write product descriptions on our website, among other things. We are growing rapidly as a company and are in constant development, so there are great opportunities for you to develop both in your role and within the company.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys helping people and is passionate about making customers happy.
• Has good knowledge of bicycles and technology, preferably with experience as a bicycle mechanic.
• Has a general interest in bicycles and technology and enjoys learning new things.
• Values satisfied customers highly and is willing to go the extra mile.
• Can express themselves well both verbally and in writing.
• Has good computer skills and is adept at finding information.

Who is TCM?

TCM is a company with great ambitions and strong growth. We operate in two locations in Sweden – Tyresö and Söderhamn – and depending on the season, we have a total of 20-30 employees. The company currently generates approximately 110 million SEK through our e-commerce and physical stores.

This winter, TCM will move the entire warehouse, head office, and Söderhamn store to new premises at Granvägen 1 in central Söderhamn. The premises are undergoing a complete renovation and will be tailored to our needs with a new store, new offices, staff areas, warehouse, etc.

Söderhamn is beautifully located by the sea, two hours north of Stockholm, 45 minutes from Gävle, and 30 minutes from Hudiksvall. TCM's new premises are within a 10-minute walk from the train station and bus stop, providing excellent commuting opportunities.
