About the Position

We are currently assisting Edugrade in finding a junior trainer in fiber technology. The role involves training in everything from basic labor market education to advanced courses for authorities and companies. In addition to teaching, you will also be involved in developing the education with, for example, video courses and AI-based solutions. We are looking for someone with good fiber technical knowledge who wants to take the next step in their career! The position is located in Stockholm and involves travel.

Job Responsibilities

The training varies in length and targets participants with different backgrounds, from beginners taking their first steps in the profession to experienced technicians needing further education or specialization. As a trainer in fiber technology, you will:

Conduct training with existing course offerings for higher vocational education, labor market education, and commissioned education.
Create and conduct customized training for both new and experienced fiber technicians.
Be involved in developing course structures, digital components, and video-based educational materials.

Your Profile

At least 3 years of experience in practical fiber technical work
Deep knowledge in installation technology, measurement technology, laying, and blowing technology
Good administrative skills and proficiency in the Office suite
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

Certified Fiber Technician (CFT) according to Robust Fiber
Introduce/guide new employees or colleagues in the work
