Healthcare Assistant for Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic

We are now looking for a healthcare assistant for a varied role at the ear, nose, and throat clinic's reception.

Your working hours are daytime Monday to Friday, and we apply flexible working hours. Working as a healthcare assistant at the ear, nose, and throat clinic involves assisting doctors during patient visits, reception work, booking patients in the Cosmic journal system, and preparing booking documentation. Other tasks may arise based on the needs of the operation. We are a small team that relies on each other's skills and commitment. As a healthcare assistant at the reception, you will be an important part of the team and play a crucial role in your work.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a trained healthcare assistant. Previous experience in reception work and/or hospital work is an advantage. You should have a technical interest as we handle many different machines and equipment and work daily in several different data systems. You must be able to work independently, have good collaboration skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
