Job description As a nurse at Humana Vasallparken, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing measures. You are also an important part of the development of your colleagues' competencies, as you will educate and guide the nursing staff as needed.

Examples of tasks

• Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions

• Manage and follow up documentation and deviations

• Guide and educate staff

• Assist with the move-in of new clients and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks

About the employment Working hours and degree of employment: Working hours are daytime Monday-Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 and one evening shift until 19:00 one day a week, regardless of public holidays. Degree of employment between 75-100%. Salary: Salary is according to agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreement. Start date: Temporary position 50% from 30/3 2026 to 10/5 2026. Thereafter, temporary position 100% from 11/5 2026 to 31/12-2026. The degree of employment is 95%.

Who are you? For this position, you must be a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we prefer that you easily build relationships and have good collaboration skills.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed nurse

• Have knowledge of documenting in journal systems (e.g., cosmic)

• Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care or home care

• Experience working with people with dementia

• Experience from privately run operations

• Experience in documentation work

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
