Are you our Pool Attendant for Acqua di Foresta Spa?

In spring 2026, Villa Foresta will open the doors to Acqua di Foresta SPA, a unique spa facility of 900 sqm.

We are now looking for a dedicated and responsible pool attendant who wants to be part of the start-up and contribute to a safe, well-functioning, and exclusive spa experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, supervision, and maintenance of pools, saunas, and technical systems. The work is both practical and technical and requires a structured approach as well as a professional and service-oriented attitude towards guests and colleagues. You will work according to maintenance plans to ensure high operational reliability, quality, and safety in the facility.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is practical, technically interested, and enjoys varied tasks
• Has good problem-solving skills and can prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Is flexible, self-motivated, and contributes to a positive guest and work environment

Qualifications (requirements)

• Experience in operation and maintenance within spa and/or pool management
• Practical experience in water quality control
• Basic technical knowledge of pumps, filters, and heating systems
• High school education or equivalent
• Basic IT skills
• Driver's license (B)
• Swedish spoken and written, basic English

Meritorious

• Certification in swimming pool hygiene
• Education in property technology or spa operations
• Experience from hotel or wellness operations
• First aid or other safety training
• Forklift license

Employment form & scope

• Permanent employment at 100% with a 6-month probationary period
• Working hours are varied and include evenings and weekends.
• Placement mainly at Villa Foresta.
• Position to be filled in May 2026

Education level

• High school education
• Post-secondary education in property management is meritorious
