We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our SMB team in Östergötland, focusing on new sales within IT operations and outsourcing. Your role at Iver As a BDM in our SMB team (Small Medium Business), you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to negotiating and closing deals. Your customers are small and medium-sized enterprises, and you will:
Identify and engage new customers.
Create solutions that meet customers' business and technical needs.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key personnel.
Collaborate with a national sales team where we work towards common goals.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the SMB business area and shape your own future in an environment characterized by innovation and growth.

Who are we looking for?To succeed in the role of BDM with us, we believe you have:
5–7 years of experience in successful service sales within IT operations/outsourcing.
Documented experience in creating new customer relationships and closing deals.
An established presence and a well-developed and strong network in Östergötland.
The ability to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
A pronounced hunter profile with high energy and a winning mentality.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as a B driver's license.
It is advantageous if you have relevant academic education or equivalent experience.Location: Iver has offices in 23 locations in the Nordics. For this role, we see that you will be based at our office in Linköping or Motala.
