The job responsibilities include telephone counseling, outpatient work with your own patients/own clinic. It also includes medication management and prescribing certain medications and aids, requiring a high degree of personal responsibility and the ability to work independently and in a team with others.

Licensed nurse. You are independent, structured, with extensive experience, and feel secure in your professional role, as well as having good communication skills and ease in collaborating. You have a genuine interest in patient care and want to work for the development of the organization, the workgroup, and your own personal growth. Further education in diabetes and/or asthma/COPD and a specialist nursing degree with a focus on district nursing are advantageous.

You easily create good meetings with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the organization’s development and change projects is a natural part of your work. The primary care’s health-promoting mission is a central part of the organization, so an interest in lifestyle issues is advantageous.
