About the position

We are currently looking for a freight forwarder for a client in Gothenburg to meet upcoming needs.

As a freight forwarder, you will be responsible for transportation and traffic flow from start to finish. You will handle the entire chain from incoming orders and calculations to reporting and follow-up. Additionally, you will ensure accuracy and quality in your work, ensuring that what has been agreed upon with the client is delivered on time. You will have daily contact with customers and suppliers, mainly via email. Upon starting, you will receive a thorough introduction, both to the company and the role, as well as guidance from colleagues. You will become part of a close-knit team that works together to develop customized solutions based on customer needs.

The position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Boxflow and leased to our client.

Working hours are scheduled during the day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a full-time commitment of 100%.

Qualifications

• Completed high school education. Strongly meritorious with post-secondary education in freight forwarding or logistics

• Experience in freight forwarding

• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

• Good IT skills and experience working with systems that support transportation

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
