Täta Tak Energi is growing and is now looking for a driven team leader for our field sales team in the Helsingborg area. The team is in the building phase, and you have the chance to be part of it from the start. Are you passionate about sales and have the qualities to lead others? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

About the position:

As a team leader, you will be responsible for a group of field sales representatives based in Helsingborg. You will coach and lead your team in their daily activities and be responsible for achieving their sales and results. You will also have a budget for your own sales and will be out in the field daily selling your own projects.

Other tasks include:

• Monitoring sales statistics and budget
• Keeping yourself and your team updated with new information and guidelines
• Training and developing team members
• Providing the team with the conditions to follow the company's values
• Participating in trade fairs

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previously worked as a team leader for a sales team and has experience in field sales
• Has experience working in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
• Has experience in team building and is skilled at understanding and motivating others based on their individual needs
• Is collaborative, unpretentious, and extroverted
• Has strong initiative and communication skills
• Can handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Can quickly adapt to changes and get your team to do the same
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

About the employment:

A comprehensive training in our segment will take place at the start of employment.

Start: Immediately or by agreement

Extent: Full-time

Employment: Initially a 6-month probationary period

Location: You will start from our offices but primarily work in the field
