About the job

Position: Temporary position of 32 hours per week. The temporary position is expected to last until 2026-06-07.

Start date: By agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years due to the nature of the tasks.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Hemma Malmö Lugnet! The position simply means that you, together with your colleagues, contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience. Here is a bit more about the position:

• Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the store.
• You unpack goods and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked, look nice, and that the store is clean and tidy.
• You ensure that our customers can complete their purchases smoothly at the checkout line with the help of our checkout options.
• You assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, intuition, and a big smile.
• You actively participate in ordering and sales planning and contribute to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.

• It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or in service, but it is not a requirement.
• You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
