Job Description

The primary task as a nursing assistant is to provide good individual care and service centered around the needs of the user according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. Create security, meaning, and well-being from a salutogenic perspective. We work according to the values of elderly care; the elderly should live a dignified life and feel well-being. The tasks also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health care tasks. Daytime, evening, and weekends.

Qualifications

Care and nursing program with passing grades in core subjects or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Good computer skills. Since you will meet users, relatives, interns, and colleagues, it is important that you have an interest in helping others and that you are calm, attentive, and communicative in your interactions. The position requires good teamwork skills, flexibility, independence, and the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions as solo work is common. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Your role as an employee is closely linked to your ability to collaborate and participate in your and the organization’s development.
