We are looking for nursing assistants for home care in central Vetlanda – a close-knit group with long experience, where we support each other and always have a laugh and care close at hand. With us, your workdays vary depending on the client's needs. In home care, we help people meet their needs, both socially and culturally as well as physically. In their home, in an environment where they feel safest.

The tasks include everything from personal care and medical interventions to household chores. We are looking for someone who feels confident in taking responsibility and making decisions. You are flexible, have an easy time collaborating, and see the importance of creating security and participation in the client's daily life.

With us, you will have the opportunity to develop, both through continuous training in work techniques and communication, as well as through various representative roles. The job involves working during the day, evening, and weekends. Most of the time you work independently, but colleagues are never more than a phone call away.

Qualifications

• You are a trained nursing assistant or have experience that we assess as equivalent.
• Experience in the healthcare profession is an advantage.
• B driver's license and access to your own car.
• We value personal qualities.
