The role of specialist physician, pediatrics, specializing in pediatric cardiology

The tasks are designed based on the needs of the operation as well as your previous experience and working hours, and may therefore vary. Primarily, the position involves a combination of outpatient work in pediatric cardiology, including echocardiography, as well as work as a specialist physician on the ward. You will be part of our pediatric cardiology team and may also participate in on-call services.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date by agreement. The working hours can be discussed based on your preferences and agreement with the responsible manager.

Your future workplace

Within the pediatric clinic, we care for children and adolescents with all types of pediatric medical diseases and conditions, including premature and sick newborns. It is a varied job with opportunities for both breadth and depth. The pediatric clinic has about 200 employees in professional categories such as pediatricians, pediatric nurses, nursing assistants, administrative staff, and educators.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a specialist physician/senior physician in pediatrics with a focus on pediatric cardiology.

You are a flexible, engaged, and driven person who wants to contribute to the development of the operation with the patients' best interests in focus. You have good collaboration skills and work with the whole in mind. You need to have good communication skills with patients and guardians. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
