WANT TO BE A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY THIS SUMMER? WE ARE LOOKING FOR CARE ASSISTANTS FOR OUR LSS ACTIVITY IN A RURAL ENVIRONMENT WITH ANIMALS AND NATURE CLOSE BY, LOCATED BETWEEN ÖREBRO AND NORA.

Here, you will combine work with people, animals, and farming in a wonderful mix. Our care work is in focus, and our target group consists of adults with functional variations within the autism spectrum and/or intellectual disabilities. Rasmusbyn is an operation designed as a modern village collective and consists of four group homes as well as our daily activities with space for a total of 20 villagers. Our unique business idea is to collaboratively run a small farm with employees and villagers. We share the village with horses, dogs, sheep, chickens, and rabbits. Our mission is to empower each villager by providing care and support based on individual needs. To thrive with us, you should enjoy working with varied tasks that, in addition to care work, include farm work, animal care, cultivation, and creativity. Care education or education with a pedagogical focus is advantageous, as is experience in similar work. We place great importance on personal suitability. To fit in with us, you need to share our social therapeutic values where we see each other for who we are. A village for everyone, but especially for those who need stability, rhythm, care, less stress, and to be part of a fantastic community on their own terms. We let the seasons shape the rhythm of the village. Varied working hours during the day, evening, weekends, and on-call shifts. A B driver's license and access to your own car are required.
