Welcome to Skåne's best healthcare center – two years in a row! We are a smaller healthcare center located on the beautiful Bjäre Peninsula with approximately 5,000 registered patients.

With us, you will work in an engaged team consisting of three permanent doctors and other staff. Our facilities are modern and pleasant, and we value both collaboration and independent work. Job Responsibilities

As a diabetes nurse with us, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with other colleagues. In addition to regular work at the diabetes clinic, tasks include wound care, triage, telephone counseling, and vaccinations. You will also have digital patient contact via Praktikertjänst's app, 1177, Mina Planer, and Pascal. We use the PMO journal system and TeleQ for phone management. The position is full-time (100%) with daytime hours, Monday to Friday. A typical workday consists of patient visits, counseling, and close collaboration within the team - always with the patient's best interests in focus.

Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse with further education in diabetes care. Experience in outpatient care and primary care is an advantage. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with the PMO journal system, TeleQ, digital healthcare services, and working with Pascal is advantageous but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
