We offer
- Work with a complex and prioritized target group within psychiatry

Our expectations of you
The clinical picture of the patients can often be complex, which means we prefer that you have experience in psychiatric care in general and preferably also with patients with neuropsychiatric issues. You are flexible and can adapt treatment methods and interventions based on individual patient needs. You can work independently while also appreciating teamwork. You are stable and secure in your professional role. You have the ability to meet people in very varying moods and have a genuine interest in the target group.
The position will be filled on the condition that it does not need to be allocated for internal relocation and that necessary decisions are made.
We offer:
- SLSO creates good conditions for you as an employee to develop and excel in your profession.
- As an employee, you have benefits such as free healthcare, additional compensation during parental leave, the possibility of salary exchange, pension agreements, and insurance.
- Within Psychiatry Sydväst, you will be part of interesting research. You will have a designated mentor during your introduction period. We apply flexible working hours, and you are offered 5000 SEK/year in wellness benefits and, if work allows, 1 hour of wellness per week.
