We are looking for a licensed nurse or district nurse with at least three years of documented experience working at a health center for a position in primary care.

The work includes both outpatient work at the health center and home care services, which requires good independence, structure, and flexibility. You have a clear patient focus, take responsibility for your own work, and actively contribute to the team alongside other professionals.

Qualifications (requirements):

• Licensed nurse or district nurse
• At least 3 years of experience working at a health center
• Good and current experience with the medical record system TakeCare
• Driving license B (required, as the work includes home care)

Meritorious:

• Specialist training in diabetes
• Additional experience from primary care
