About the job

We work based on the customer's decisions and implementation plan and place great importance on ensuring that the support, care, and service we provide are always tailored to the individual's needs. Our customers meet engaged employees, and this is reflected in our customer surveys where the results are good. We strive to work more person-centered and to strengthen professionalism in the professional role. One example is that our fixed care contacts take responsibility for collaborating directly with rehabilitation, home healthcare, and other partners when needed – always with the customer's best interests in focus. We are available for our customers every day between 07:00 and 22:00. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend. Job tasks include care, cooking, purchasing daily goods (purchases are made digitally together with the customer via a tablet), cleaning, escorting, and social interaction. The job also includes documenting and establishing implementation plans according to current legislation, which means that you must express yourself very well in spoken and written Swedish and be able to receive and take notes on verbal information via phone. We walk and drive cars in service.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has previous experience in home care and has a driver's license. You should be able to speak and understand Swedish well and also express yourself well in writing, as communication is important for good collaboration with customers and colleagues.

We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of dementia and basic knowledge of care and support. You are responsible, humble, flexible, and have a professional approach characterized by good treatment, respect, and dignity. You also need to be able to handle a computer and smartphone/tablet.
