Hemstyrkan is one of Stockholm's first home care services and currently operates in 10 out of 11 districts within Stockholm. We offer home care services around the clock and have operations in Råcksta (Bromma), Axelsberg (Hägersten), Hammarbyhöjden (Johanneshov), and Hjorthagen (Östermalm).

About the Position

Hemstyrkan is growing, which is why we are now looking for a Coordinator.

As a coordinator at Hemstyrkan, you are

a key person in the organization and work closely with the Unit Manager and Operations Manager to ensure the daily operations of home care services.

You are responsible for scheduling, staffing, and planning both short and long term. The role involves many points of contact – both internally within the organization and externally with, for example, case managers, health centers, and other authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, scheduling, and staffing
• Follow-up on services and orders
• Ensure that planning is done according to the client's needs, the staff's conditions, and the Social Services Act
• Conduct home visits to new clients and during changes
• Collaboration with the unit manager, operations manager, and other coordinators
• Participation in statistics, follow-ups, and operational reports

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.

Some on-call duty may occur.

Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least a high school education or training as a nursing assistant
• Experience of independent work as a coordinator within home care or other healthcare services
• Very good computer skills

Meritorious:

Experience working as healthcare staff within home care.

Experience with operational systems (meritorious: Alfa Welfare (formerly Epsilon), Parasol, Paragå, or similar)

Possession of a B driver's license
