Do you want to work independently with the patient in focus and be an important part of primary care? We are now looking for a licensed nurse for home care within our district area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse in home care, you are responsible for planned and acute interventions in patients' homes. The work is varied and involves close collaboration with colleagues, doctors, rehabilitation staff, and care personnel. You have overall responsibility for nursing and contribute to safe and secure care for our patients.

• Nursing responsibility for patients enrolled in home care
• Medical assessments and follow-ups
• Medication management and sampling
• Documentation according to applicable guidelines
• Collaboration with other professionals and actors
• Supervision of care staff and students as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications for the position:

• Licensed nurse
• Experience in home care, primary care, or geriatrics is an advantage
• Good ability to work independently and make decisions
• Good collaboration skills and a professional approach
• Driver's license B is a requirement
