We are looking for you who want to become a everyday superhero for a man in his 30s! He lives in his own house right by Gotland's magical coast, just a short drive south of Visby. Imagine a workplace with sea breeze in your hair and lovely walking paths around the corner!

Who is our star? He is a guy with several interests, but also appreciates peace and quiet in front of the iPad. Imagine a day with the smell of freshly baked goods, exciting movie nights, or perhaps an adventure in a second-hand store looking for jeans. He enjoys bringing a snack down to Visby harbor, listening to music, and has a keen interest in everything related to motor vehicles.

Your important role – more than just a job!

The client has autism, a moderate intellectual disability, and epilepsy. This means you will be his rock, his safe harbor, and the one who helps him live life to the fullest. Your tasks are broad and varied:

 Assisting with everything from personal care, cozy morning routines, and keeping the home tidy.

Shopping for groceries and clothes – maybe you will find those perfect jeans together?

 Being a support in social situations and a steady hand on outings and adventures.

Are you our next assistant? We are looking for someone who:

• Is a calm, responsible, and pedagogical star. You have patience and the ability to create a safe and structured everyday life.

• Has no issues working nights as well as days.

• Is smoke-free.

• Has a driver's license and a personal car. The client's home is located a short distance outside of Visby.

Big plus if you have experience in:

• Low affective approach.

• Autism and intellectual disabilities.

• Epilepsy.

• Previous experience in care and support, preferably personal assistance.

The most important thing? Your chemistry!
