At Vår Omtanke, we are now looking for a personal assistant who wants to work with our male client living just outside central Visby on Gotland. The client is a cheerful young man in his early 20s. In this role, you will make a difference in someone's life and work with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position

We are primarily looking for someone interested in a permanent position at 75%. The person we are looking for needs assistance with lifting and transfers, so you need to be physically fit. He also needs support with cooking, maintaining his home, and participating in various activities.

Who are you?

Depending on the client's age, we believe this job may suit someone between 20-35 years old.

You are an honest and reliable person who genuinely enjoys working and has the ability to create a harmonious atmosphere around you. You should have great empathy, patience, and the ability to understand another person's situation while being very attentive. We are looking for someone with experience as a personal assistant or other relevant experience. As a person, you have good social skills, consider the client's needs as a whole, are meticulous and responsible, and have a good attitude. It is also important that you are structured and can take initiative. We welcome both male and female applicants.

Working hours and employment rate:

Typically, you will work between 15:00 - 15:00 with some on-call hours during the night. There are also shifts between 7:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 21:00. We offer great flexibility regarding work hours to suit our employees.

Type of Position: Permanent position at 75%. If you wish to work fewer hours, we can offer that as well. We are also looking for an additional substitute, with the possibility to schedule shifts well in advance.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date: According to agreement
