At Vår Omtanke, we are now looking for a personal assistant who wants to work with our male client living near central Visby on Gotland. The client is a young man in his 20s.In this role, you will make a difference in someone's life and work with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position

We are looking for someone who can work up to 75% in a friendly work group. The job includes lifting and transfers, so you need to have good physical fitness. The person you will assist works in a store every weekday, and you will accompany him there and provide assistance during the time he is there.

Who are you?

You are an honest and reliable person who genuinely enjoys working and has the ability to create a harmonious atmosphere around you. You should have great empathy, patience, and the ability to understand another person's situation while being very attentive. We are looking for someone with experience as a personal assistant or other relevant experience. As a person, you have good social skills, consider the whole client's needs, are meticulous and responsible, and have a positive attitude. It is also important that you are structured and can take initiative. We welcome both male and female applicants.

Working hours and employment rate:

Typically, the shifts are 24 hours. There are great opportunities for employees to influence which days they work and which days they want to be off.

Type of Position: Permanent position at 75%. If you wish to work less, we can offer this as well. We are also looking for another substitute, with the possibility to book shifts well in advance.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensation according to collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement
