As a purchaser with us, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations always have the right conditions to offer the best possible service. Your contribution directly impacts the safety and quality of life for the people we serve.

In this role, you will report to our Head of Procurement and be an important part of close collaboration with colleagues in finance, operations, and other support functions. The position is 100% at Forenede Care's headquarters in Malmö. Together, you will build effective and sustainable procurement processes – but you will also have the freedom to independently drive your own projects from start to finish. The work includes everything from analyzing needs, defining requirements, and negotiating with suppliers to developing structures and routines that create both quality and cost-effectiveness.

You will simply be a key person in our development journey, where your ideas and engagement will have a significant impact.

You will work with procurement projects from idea to delivery — focusing on:

• Category Management

• Cost minimization, calculation, and optimization

• Control and follow-up of costs

• Investigating, comparing, and evaluating suppliers for both goods and services

• Defining requirements for products/services and ensuring they meet our high quality and safety standards

• Contributing to decision-making materials for management

• Collaborating closely with the finance function and operations to understand their needs and deliver good service

• Operational purchasing and maintenance.

Qualifications

This is a temporary position for at least 12 months with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.

• Procurement education or other relevant education that we assess as equivalent is advantageous

• 2-4 years of experience in strategic purchasing work

• Experience in driving purchasing in project form

• Very good numerical skills and understanding of procurement processes

• Very good knowledge of Excel

• Experience in defining requirements for products/services

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing; Danish or understanding of Danish is advantageous
