About the job

We are now looking for a motivated and service-minded sales associate with a strong work ethic who wants to spread positivity and energy in our store in Kristianstad. The position is a permanent employment of 22 hours/week, with an initial 6-month probationary period. The position is expected to be filled as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service
• Restocking
• Ensuring the store is clean and inviting
• Cash handling and participation in opening/closing

About you

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working sales associate who:

• Is service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Is a team player who sees opportunities rather than limitations
• Is willing to learn Deichmann's shoe concept
• Is prepared for hard physical work as heavy lifting may occur

We see many paths into Deichmann; your attitude and engagement are the most important qualities. You may have prior experience in service roles, such as in restaurants or retail, or have worked in a similar industry where you are used to a fast pace, or you might be seeking your first job where you want to learn, develop, and have the right attitude. If you enjoy working with people and want to give that extra touch to the customer, this job could be for you. You are someone who takes responsibility and thrives on challenges. We also appreciate your openness to work in nearby stores and your availability to work extra hours as needed. You must be at least 18 years old to work with us, and you should speak and write fluent Swedish.
