As a customer service representative with us, you will play an important role in creating fantastic customer experiences. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on providing professional and friendly service.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and contribute to sales growth.
  • Participating in logistical planning of schedules and routes for our field staff to optimize resources and deliver efficient service.
  • Receiving and handling complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Being involved in influencing and improving our processes in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive attitude and loves to deliver fantastic customer service.
  • Is skilled at building customer relationships and has an eye for sales.
  • Has experience in logistical planning and scheduling.
  • Is a team player who enjoys collaborating and communicating with others.
  • Has good computer skills, preferably experience with CRM systems.
  • Is structured and good at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Practical information:

  • The position is a 100% permanent employment with an initial probationary period.
  • Start in February-March 2026, with the exact start date to be agreed upon.
  • Workplace: Nanostone's office in Trelleborg
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday and may vary between 07:00-17:00.
