Art Bakery is looking for a pastry chef with operational responsibility. We are seeking someone with relevant education in pastry making, who is driven, curious, and a good team player. You thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment, and your joy, creativity, and positive attitude are contagious. You are not afraid to take your own initiatives to achieve our common goals. You are the right hand of the pastry chef and assist in planning operations, coaching colleagues, and coordinating the business.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for going the extra mile in your role as a pastry chef
• Has at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Is quality-conscious and innovative
• Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
• Is structured, organized, and has good collaboration skills
• Ensures that routines are followed and implemented
• Promotes a good work environment and contributes ideas
