Scanmast is now looking for a business-driven and relationship-building Regional Sales Manager to strengthen its presence in southern Sweden and drive sales forward.
In the role of Regional Sales Manager South, you will have overall responsibility for developing Scanmast's business in southern Sweden. You will actively seek out and engage new customers while developing existing relationships, where some customers eventually evolve into your key accounts. A typical workweek may include internal pulse meetings, administrative work, scheduling meetings, project visits, and site reconnaissance. The business varies depending on customer segments, and you may work with everything from camera towers to pipe bridges for industries. Since the role requires a high presence with customers and a strong focus on proactivity, we see that you preferably live around Gothenburg or Jönköping and surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone who is business-driven and enjoys building long-term relationships while having experience in sales of technical solutions. You have experience in complex sales and understand the importance of combining material sales with contracting activities. It is a success factor to have a good understanding of industrial environments and to be able to work with consultants in the prescriptive lead, wholesalers, installers, and end customers. You also need to have a strong ability to identify and drive business through a varied sales cycle, from short deals of 4–6 weeks to projects with year-long processes. Of course, you are a natural team player who collaborates with internal stakeholders from other parts of the company such as project managers and designers, among others. You thrive in an independent work environment where you drive your own agenda and ensure that the right deals are prioritized.
