Are you passionate about designing and selling kitchens while assisting customers with their projects? We at Elon in Alingsås are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our team!

What does the role look like?

As a kitchen designer at Elon Alingsås, you will be an important part of our sales team, working to provide our customers with a unique kitchen experience. Your responsibilities include welcoming customers to the store, designing kitchens together with customers, and preparing quotes and following up until a decision is made. The customers are both private individuals and corporate clients. You guide customers through the entire process, from the first contact until we ensure that the kitchen is delivered and installed as planned. We use the design program Winner.

Your future employer

Elon in Alingsås is an independent store within the Elon chain; we also operate the Elon store in Kungsbacka. The Elon chain offers products and services for the home with nearly 300 stores spread across the country. In the stores and on the website, a wide range of products is offered, including appliances, small electronics, heat pumps, home electronics, lighting, etc.

Main responsibilities:

- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers in the store

- Provide customers with guidance and design functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen solutions in the design program Winner

- Prepare quote documentation and be responsible for the entire sales process, from start to finish

- Communicate and collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure successful deliveries

Who are you?

To succeed in the role of kitchen designer with us, it is essential that you are passionate about sales and customer service and have the ability to make customers feel welcome and well taken care of.

You have previous experience in kitchen sales and the ability to combine color and form, as well as technical competence to create solutions that customers want to buy. You always strive to exceed expectations, and creating a satisfied customer is a given for you.

You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold a B driver's license.
