Account Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager who understands the importance of building long-term relationships! You will work closely with our customers and offer the best service concepts on the market to streamline the management of consumables and thereby take Würth to the next level!

What the job entails
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for your own district within the region and work to develop and expand the district long-term to achieve growth. You will conduct customer visits at their construction sites, offices, and are comfortable navigating in such environments. The target audience and customer segment include both larger and smaller construction companies that carry out everything from new constructions to smaller renovation and maintenance work.
The area includes Gothenburg and its surroundings. You will work from home and conduct customer visits based on planning that is suitable within the geographical area and meets customer requests.
- You actively work on acquiring new customers and engage existing customers to achieve growth.
- Based on our multi-channel strategy, you are responsible for the customer regardless of where they choose to shop.
- You act with a high level of service by reviewing customer needs and finding solutions to streamline their management of consumables.
- You focus on sales and meet budget.
- You work proactively and are attentive to capture new business opportunities.
- You conduct practical product demonstrations.
We want you to
- Have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and are used to working with relationship-building sales and new customer acquisition with good results.
- Be accustomed to moving in construction project environments and understand the different phases of construction.
- Have a strong drive and understand the value of planning your work to achieve outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Be structured in your work approach to deliver high quality to customers and create order and clarity.
- Have digital maturity to easily search for information and navigate various systems.
- High social competence and adaptability to different contexts.
- Be fearless, goal-oriented, and have a good business sense.
- Master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you have had similar work in the industry, a network, or local knowledge. It is meritorious if you have previously worked with field sales B2B, prospecting, and/or have knowledge of our products and areas of use.
