Mobelia AB is now looking for a customer service representative to join our team in Gothenburg. With us, you will work with incoming calls and administration in a role where service, structure, and team spirit are at the center. We offer a fixed salary, commission, and a warm working climate where your contribution truly makes a difference.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented, and enjoys helping people
• Communicative, with a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing
• Pedagogical and empathetic, with the ability to adapt to the customer's needs
• Structured, as the job requires some administration

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience in customer service or sales
• Previous work in the telecommunications or subscription industry

But most importantly is your personality and willingness to do a good job – we are happy to teach you the rest!
