About the role
In the role of sales-oriented customer service representative, you are Telenor's first contact with customers via phone. In this role, you will only work with incoming calls from existing customers.
You will be part of an engaged team and will work results-oriented, guiding customers to the right solutions and presenting products and services that meet their needs - focusing on creating added value for the customer while driving sales forward.
Common tasks:
- Assist existing customers with inquiries and cases.
- Identify customer needs and offer products and services that create added value.
- Work towards clear goals and be motivated to achieve and exceed them.
You will receive a thorough introduction at the beginning of your employment to create the best possible conditions for success in the role. We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in sales/up-selling (preferably via phone)
- Is driven, service-oriented, and enjoys working towards goals.
- Has good computer and system skills
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has completed secondary education (we appreciate if you upload your grades/study certificates on your profile attached with your application)
In accordance with our customers' requirements, we conduct a background check in the criminal and conviction register as part of this recruitment process before a possible employment.
