Our Operations

The Hematology and Coagulation section is a highly specialized unit that investigates and treats patients with blood cancer and other blood disorders.

For many of these patients, cell therapy such as blood/bone marrow transplants is part of the treatment. We have a collective responsibility for hematology within Greater Gothenburg and a regional mission within Västra Götaland, including Northern Halland.

The section's cell therapy operations are accredited according to JACIE standards, which is a requirement for the harvesting and transplantation of human stem cells. The unit actively participates in both national and international development work and knowledge exchange.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team where everyone helps, learns, and supports each other in a humble manner. We are seeking a colleague for our outpatient clinic, as one of our team members will be relocating this spring. This job is for you if you enjoy handling medications, infusions, and sample collections.

With us, you will have the opportunity to follow patients from investigation to treatment, transplantation, aftercare, and follow-up.

Your working hours will be daytime, Monday to Friday.

About You

You are a licensed nurse with experience.

You are confident and stable in yourself and can adapt to situations and prioritize between different tasks. To thrive in this role, you need to be flexible, accustomed to taking initiative, and able to organize and plan your work independently.

Experience in hematology/oncology is an advantage. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis during the recruitment period.
