Licensed Nurse Interested in Hematology

NU Healthcare is part of the Västra Götaland region and is one of Sweden's larger county hospitals. We are located at NÄL (Norra Älvsborg County Hospital) in Trollhättan and Uddevalla Hospital. The hospital's catchment area covers 280,000 inhabitants. Together, we are about 5,000 employees who work every day to provide good and safe specialist healthcare. We are looking for you, a licensed nurse who is interested in hematology and wants to help develop our operations!

Hematology

The hematology department at NU Healthcare currently has its outpatient care at Uddevalla Hospital.

Inpatient care is conducted in new facilities at Ward 45 NÄL, focusing on hematology/infection. Outpatient care will move to NÄL, but the exact timeline has not yet been established.

At Uddevalla Hospital, we have our outpatient care; as a nurse here, you will work with parenteral treatments such as chemotherapy, monoclonal antibody treatments, and blood transfusions. Telephone counseling plays a central role in the work. Within our operations, clinical drug studies are continuously conducted. As a nurse with us, you will have close collaboration with doctors, nursing assistants, and secretaries.

Job Responsibilities

You will work in our outpatient care, but some duties on our ward are included.
