We are now looking for two people who want to be part of our team in Strategic Analysis located in Stockholm.

About the role of Strategic Analyst

As an analyst in our Strategic Analysis team, you will be a key person in Ellevio's strategic work. You will be part of a team responsible for driving the analysis process in a wide range of varied issues such as Ellevio's financial and operational planning, pricing models, investment optimization, regulatory work, efficiency/optimization, M&A, and financing. Based on the analyses and materials, you will also prepare presentation materials in PowerPoint, which you will then present to Ellevio's management team and owners.

Who are you?

We will place great importance on personal qualities in these recruitments. To thrive and find your place in the role, you need to have a structured working method and good analytical skills, as the role involves a lot of numbers, models, and analyses. The role involves a lot of problem-solving, and therefore you need to have a creative approach and enjoy thinking differently and innovatively. You are a results-oriented person who is used to taking your own initiatives and independently driving projects of varying sizes and complexity.

For the role of Strategic Analyst, we are looking for someone who:

• Is an economist, engineer, or similar with a university education as a foundation.
• Has a few years of experience in analytical work, perhaps in finance, strategic consulting, or similar.
• Has very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint, as much work is done in these programs.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in Power BI or similar.
• Experience working with R or Python or similar.

The team's responsibilities are growing, which is why we are conducting two parallel recruitments. We envision that the two positions have the same profile in line with the above criteria, but that one also has a clearer responsibility for issues related to Ellevio's regulated operations. For this role, we are looking for someone who has previously been in contact with electricity network regulation or similar issues, which allows you to quickly act independently, lead others, and drive issues in this area. For us, it is important that your experience in regulated operations is strongly linked to analysis, calculations/modeling, and a business-oriented drive.
