JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job involves assisting care recipients with their needs based on current assistance decisions. The Enbackagården team consists of care assistants, nursing assistants, a nurse, a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist, a quality responsible nursing assistant, and a unit manager.

In addition to the Enbackagården care team, there is also the municipality's medically responsible nurse, dementia nurse, and other professionals who provide methodological support and continuing education for both new and existing staff.

As a care staff member, you will be assigned contact responsibility for 1-2 care recipients, which means in-depth knowledge and commitment to the personal care of the care recipient, as well as working to ensure that the individual's personal needs and wishes are met to the best of your abilities based on the assistance decision.

As a contact person, you are the primary link between the individual, the care team, and relatives. Being patient and working motivationally is essential to enhance the individual's quality of life and access to daily stimulation. Your tasks include providing support for the individual in their daily life regarding activation, daily outdoor activities, and social interaction based on a rehabilitative approach.

To ensure safe care and support, you will document continuously during your work shift and contribute to quality development by reporting any deviations that occur regarding the individual's assistance decision and situation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Nursing Assistant Education: A complete education as a nursing assistant at the high school level within health and care or equivalent as assessed by the employer.
• Language and Digital Skills: You should be comfortable using digital tools in your work daily and be able to handle the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.
• Experience as a Nursing Assistant: Previous experience in care work within elderly care and dementia care is an advantage.
• Personal Qualities: As a person, you should have a genuine interest in working with people and strive to contribute to good and quality-assured care.
