Coop Käringberget is a well-established and appreciated store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week to provide good accessibility for our customers. The store has about 10 permanent employees and several part-time workers.

We are now looking for someone who has a world-class customer interaction and a personal drive to achieve great things. We want you to help make our store something truly special!

The job involves working in the Fish & Deli counter, but work may also occur in other departments, especially in fresh produce.

We want you to:

• Have a passion for food and cooking
• Have exceptional customer focus and enjoy personal interactions
• Have good experience in deli, fish, or fresh produce in retail
• Be structured, responsible, and have a good overview
• Be skilled at keeping track, creating order, and following up
• Be engaged and goal-oriented as a person and have a drive to make things work
• Enjoy working in a team but also dare to lead others in daily tasks
• Want to develop and strive to take on more responsibility in the long term

Previous experience in similar work is of course a strong merit, but knowledge of food hygiene and self-control programs is also highly meritorious.

The position is a permanent part-time employment of 30 hours per week. A probationary period applies. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position will be filled as soon as possible, meaning recruitment may occur even before the application deadline. The desired start date for the position is from February 1, 2026, but will be agreed upon. Working hours vary and are scheduled both during the day and evening as well as weekends.
